Welcome to The Physio Cabin by Orior Rehab in Havant. This page explains our booking, cancellation and package rules so you know what to expect when arranging treatment. We ask all clients to read these terms before making an appointment.
How to Cancel or Rearrange
Package Payments and Validity
At The Physio Cabin by Orior Rehab clients may cancel or rearrange appointments free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please notify us by phone, email or via the online booking portal so we can offer the appointment to another client. If you need to change an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any potential charge.
Packages at The Physio Cabin by Orior Rehab are paid in advance and are non-transferable. Packages are normally valid for six months from the date of purchase. If you cannot use all sessions within that period, please contact us promptly to discuss your situation; extensions or alternative arrangements may be considered in exceptional cases.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you experience sudden illness, bereavement, travel disruption or other unforeseen events, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can review your booking and advise on next steps. For queries about cancellations, charges or package validity, contact The Physio Cabin by Orior Rehab in Havant by phone, email or through our online booking system.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee. We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for non-attendance, particularly where this prevents another client from being seen. We aim to be fair and will take individual circumstances into account when reviewing any charge.
